Spinach Harvesting 2025 As part of the sustainable agricultural practices promoted under the Krishimithra Project , Salafiyya Training College, Karinganad, organized a successful spinach harvesting session on 6th August 2025 in the college's organic farming area. The event began with a brief introduction by the faculty coordinator, highlighting the importance of organic farming and the nutritional value of spinach. Teacher trainees, along with faculty members and local volunteers, enthusiastically participated in the harvesting activity. The farm, nurtured organically over the past few weeks by the students themselves, yielded a healthy and fresh crop of spinach. The harvested spinach was distributed among the orphanage children supported by the college’s outreach program, contributing to their nutritional well-being.
